This wheat free pizza crust is delicious!


  1. There are severaI factors in weight reduction – exercise, diet, motivation etc.
    But l think the key one is actuaIIy making the food you have interesting so you wont be attracted to keep having other snacks as weII. One pIan l found which succeeds with this is the PaIeo Secret BIueprint (googIe it if you're interested) without a doubt the no.1 paIeo ideas I've seen. Iook at the pictures and great ideas.

  2. ok…so after you "Flip over and bake for another 5-15 minutes "….you add your toppings then do you put it with the toppings back into the oven for a while ?….and can I make this on a pizza stone ?

  4. you never posted a picture lol id like to see how it turns out. ive been paleo non-dairy for 9 months. i dont tolerate dairy at all. does flaxseeds really work the same as parmasean to make it really like pizza crust?

  5. I love this recipe !! I've taken it one step further and make "paleo planks".
    I add extra salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. I press it all out very thin. When done and still soft, I cut it into 1 inch by 4 inch planks. Put them back in the oven at 200 F for at least 15 minutes to dry and firm up. Voila ! Crackers.
    You see, I am a bread addict. I have gone paleo because I was essentially dying from my addiction. This has helped me get through the dark days. Thank you !

  6. I have been eating Paleo style for 2 months and I do include milk, eggs, a few nuts like walnuts and I love butter in everything including my burgers. Paleo is seriously cheap! Perfect for diabetics. LCHF diets are making sense to everyone finally with the exception of those firmly hanging on to the idea that their mom and dad would never give them bad food.

  7. Try Cyprus cheese (Helim) instead in the base, when cooked it is more dough like and will help the pizza crust. Freeze a piece if you need to grate it finely, it is quite rubbery. Also can get it in versions not made from cows milk and low in lactose.

  8. Thank you for your comment. I try to do it all in one take and at times things may go unnoticed. I'm not a professional at filming or cooking, just trying to help. Hygiene (with an 'i') is important, it's difficult to get everything right all the time..isn't it? 🙂

  9. @setab75 Dairy is a grey area and it depends who you follow in the paleo community. I don't have it or use it often but am not 100% strict with cutting it out. If you google paleo and dairy you will find many arguments for and against. I think it's important to decide where you stand with it and more importantly if you can tolerate any form of dairy. I know I don't tolerate it well so keep it to a minimum. Parmesan is low lactose and so I tend to be fine with small amounts.

  10. Thanks for the recipe. I love pizza, and since I have been eating low carb/primal it’s a big sacrifice to give up pizza because of the dough/crust. Thank you for giving me an alternative, which I can make without having to use those artificial gluten free pizza crusts, which are too high in carbohydrates for my diet.
